Limmud Minyan - Learn as you Go!
First Saturday of the month, 9:15-10:30am
A learner's minyan (parallel to the main one in the sanctuary) will take place in the CTJ library the 1st Saturday of every month (except for February) from 9:15-10:30am.
Whether you're a novice or a pro, this special learners' minyan will enrich the souls of all who seek knowledge.
Sundays with Torah
First Sunday of the month, 9:30am
This informal dialogue with our Rabbis will explore the relevance of Jewish tradition in gaining perspectives on current political and social events and ideas. This enjoyable, drop-in chat will be held on the first Sunday of each month at 9:30 AM at the Manhattan Beach Bread & Bagel, 1808 N Sepulveda Blvd, Manhattan Beach, CA 90266
Starting January 13, 10:45-11:15am
Have you wanted to finally learn how to chant Torah but have been sitting on the fence for WAY too long? Well, Cantor Ken really wants to push you off that fence - gently, of course! Cantor Ken will be leading a series of six 30-minute Torah chanting classes.
Hevrat Torah: Mystique of Jewish Texts
2nd, 3rd, and 4th Sundays of the month, 9:30 - 10:30am
Rabbi Mark and Reb Jason will explore Jewish texts. No Hebrew or experience necessary.
