CTJ is privileged to host Israeli Gidon Bromberg and Jordanian Munqeth Mehyar, two of the directors of Ecopeace an organization cooperating at the grassroots and national level between Israelis, Palestinians, and Jordanian. Ecopeace works on water issues such as:
Grassroots community activism on ‘environmental peacemaking’
Work to rehabilitate the Jordan River - the river holy to Christianity, Judaism, and Islam and yet woefully polluted and debilitated today.
Effort to develop a cross-border “Peace Park” on an island in the Jordan between Israel, Jordan, and the Palestinian Authority.
Efforts to save the Dead Sea
Last year we had goats! What will it be this year?
We 're overjoyed to say we have outgrown the one available room (such a problem!) so we're moving our Children's Programming to CTJ.
Free to the public - geared to ages 0 - 7
