Adult Education, Part 2

The “G” Word - taught by Rabbi Kalev
The hardest word in our tradition for people to connect to is “God.” What is God anyway and what does God want from us? And, can I be Jewish if I don’t believe in God… is there more than one way to perceive God? Using the beautiful book, Finding God: Selected Responses, we will examine some of Judaism’s best philosophers, from ancient to modern, and their approach to a higher power. Even if your last name is not Buber or Spinoza, you will be able to understand and gain great meaning from the various Jewish approaches to the possibilities of God.
