High Holidays are a great opportunity to join our vibrant and joyous community. Becoming a member has many benefits, including participation in our special Family Service and other programs at no additional charge.
Affiliate Membership
For those who are not yet affiliated with a synagogue, we invite you to join our growing congregation. Your contribution to attend High Holidays services also provides your family with an Affiliate Membership, which is effective for three months (this Affiliate Membership does not include attendance at the Family Service or enrollment in Religious School). If you choose to continue your membership with our CTJ family, your Affiliate Membership payment will be applied toward your full membership fees.
Members of Other Synagogues
If you are a member of a different synagogue more then 50 miles from CTJ, request a letter, email or fax from your synagogue confirming your affiliation in good standing. This is called a reciprocal ticket. Please submit the letter with your registration form.

Services and programs geared towards school-age children will be offered at CTJ’s facility on the first day of Rosh Hashanah and on Yom Kippur. Snack will be served on both days.
Childcare is offered for your children ages 2-5 during Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur Services, at American Martyrs Parish Hall. The charge for childcare is $30 per child for all High Holidays Services (flat rate).
-
Payment for childcare must be made in advance as payment cannot be accepted on the High Holidays.
-
Unfortunately, there will be no facilities for children’s naps.
-
If your child has any food allergies, please make detailed notes of these on the registration forms and inform the caregiver in charge.
-
In order to enhance the atmosphere for our observance and to avoid any mishaps due to lack of supervision, all children not checked into childcare or attending Youth Services at CTJ must remain with their parents at all times.
-
For their own safety, all children must be accounted for at all times. Ushers will escort wandering children to their parents.
