This 25-minute film interprets the Torah through animations of paintings and pencil drawings that director Jeremy Kagan created over three decades:
Acclaimed filmmaker (and son of a rabbi) Jeremy Kagan created three decades worth of paintings and drawings, each responding to the weekly Torah portion. He then turned them into a stunning 25-minute animated film called Imaging Torah, and worked with internationally renowned composer Yuval Ron to create a beautiful chorale music soundtrack. It is immersive, vibrant, and deeply personal.
Featuring a conversation with filmmaker Jeremy Kagan & composer Yuval Ron, along with with a musical performance by Ron and art exhibition by Kagan!
